Planning a Princess Party

Planning a Princess Party

Almost every little girl dreams of being a princess even if it is just for one day. A princess party is the perfect way of making that dream come true. The Disney Princesses including Snow White and Cinderella are the princesses that most little girl want to be. In order to treat your little girl like royalty and have a successful princess party, proper planning is a requirement.

Planning should start at least six to eight weeks in advance thus giving you sufficient time to get all the supplies that you will need. It also gives your guests sufficient time to make the necessary preparations to attend your princess party.

One of the most important aspects of any princess party is the invitation. You can make your own invitation or you can purchase personalized invitation cards that are pre-printed with the name of your daughter and all other party details. Your invitation card weather made or purchase should include the details of the party including the day, the time, and the location.

Secondly, you need your princess party supplies and favors. The supplies that you will need include tiaras, teacups, plates, streamers, cups, balloons, and even custom jewelry.

Your princess theme is very important. Once you have decided your princess theme, you should include the princess-themed movie. During the party, children can look at the movie.

Do not forget the food and beverages for your princess party neither the decorations. All princesses belong in a castle so do your utmost best to make the party location look like a castle. Use lace, flowers, or anything that will help you make the location look like a castle.

Favors are of utter importance to ensure the perfect end to your princess party. For goodies bags, you might want to consider a tiara, inexpensive jewelry, lipstick, vintage candy, nail polish, or ring pops. You can also choose to personalize your favors. Use princess stickers, princess bag tags or princess magnets with personal messages thanking your guest for their presence. Remember that the little girls that attend the princess party of your daughter dream of being princesses as well so you should do your utmost best to treat them as princesses as well.
